How to use Lawn Mower safely
Good lawn mowers are relatively dangerous. If used improperly, it is easy to cause personal injury or machine damage. Farmer users are reminded to be aware of the following problems when using the mower and to use it in the order of the following terms and paragraphs.
First, familiarize yourself with the instructions.
Before use, please familiarize yourself with the operation manual, remember the safety precautions in the operation manual, master the installation, adjustment, operation and maintenance methods, and understand the range of use and supporting power, spindle speed and other technical parameters.
Second, installation and adjustment requirements
1. The mower should be placed or fixed on a firm, flat foundation. The workplace should be spacious and fireproof.
2. Match the power and speed of the motor in strict accordance with the instructions. Copper cables of at least 6mm2 are used as power cables. The current value carried by the switch, socket and plug shall not be less than the nominal current of the motor (as specified in the motor instructions). The power switch shall be installed within the operator's range of activity. Generally, it should not exceed 3 meters between the operators, and there should be no other obstacles between them.

4. Adjust the clearance between each moving blade and the fixed blade. The gap fits through two pieces of printing paper to ensure no friction between the fixed blades. After adjustment, tighten the fastening bolts of each moving blade and fixed blade (if necessary, increase the fastening degree by increasing the length of the handle of the wrench). Then lock the capital letters to make sure they are secure.
5. Before the motor is installed and the belt is connected, power on for a period of time, check and confirm that the rotation direction of the motor (driving wheel) is consistent with the specified rotation direction of the knife wheel (the lawn mower is strictly prohibited to operate in reverse), and then hang the belt. Then adjust it to make it tight and moderate.
6. Install belt shields, hay buckets, and other accessories. In the gear box, bearing and other parts that need lubrication add appropriate lubricant.
